So really this workout can be for anyone – no child needed. But my mind is in soon-to-be mommy land over here so that’s what this workout is called for today!
We have three babies over here getting ready to make their debut. I’m in the first time mom category so while I haven’t experienced it first hand, I know having a baby will bring lots of changes to life. One of those changes being how and when I workout! Right now I make an effort to be active every day, but with a baby (plus a kid or two for some) that can get tricky!
One way to help get that workout in is to do it with the kids! Not necessarily with them exercising with you, but doing the workout while they are playing at the park or while you are pushing them in a stroller. So here are two workouts you can try the next time you are at the park with the kiddos or out on a walk. You just need your body weight and at the park you’ll be using a park bench – but of course you can modify as needed!
