- 1 full cup of diced ham
- 2 sticks (16 Tbsp.) butter at room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- ¾ cup of sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line your baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
- Cut up the ham into small bite-sized pieces. Mix together the softened butter and sour cream in a large bowl. Mix in the baking soda, salt, and flour one cup at a time. Add the ham and cheddar, and mix well.
- Use an ice cream scoop to drop the dough onto the baking sheets. Bake until just golden, about 20 minutes.
