Ham and Cheese Biscuits

Do you have leftover Christmas ham and holiday guests? These make-in-10-min. biscuits will take care of both those things. Perfect for lunchtime after playing outside in the snow or after waiting in line to exchange some of those gifts that don’t quite fit. Simple ingredients you already have in your kitchen and they’re so tasty!

Ingredients
  • Ingredients:
  • 1 full cup of diced ham
  • 2 sticks (16 Tbsp.) butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ cup of sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line your baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  2. Cut up the ham into small bite-sized pieces. Mix together the softened butter and sour cream in a large bowl. Mix in the baking soda, salt, and flour one cup at a time. Add the ham and cheddar, and mix well.
  3. Use an ice cream scoop to drop the dough onto the baking sheets. Bake until just golden, about 20 minutes.
