Five years and five family members ago, Kellie made this little jewel of a Thanksgiving video.
It was pretty incredible to sit down and watch it again-and even more incredible to think about how our family (we’ve added two husbands and three grand-babies!) and lives have changed in those five years. I guess more than anything, it reminded me that God is good-that He was then and that He is now.
You might be surprised at my conclusion when you watch the clip. It’s not all that serious. At all.
I’m still truly grateful for Hulu.
We plan to do a sequel to this video next year, when more of the kiddos can talk. How fun will it be to ask them what they’re grateful for? (Besides Fireman Sam.) And then to have it recorded for years to come…
Don’t worry about the fancy editing or adding music or titles. Just pull out the camera and ask a few questions.
