A few things I love about this cheese ball.
1. It is embarrassingly easy.
2. It’s always part of our New Year’s Eve party appetizer potluck. (Seriously, my favorite party of the year! If you’ve got kids-of any age-you’ve got to check it out for some fun ideas.)
3. Can anything with cream cheese as the main ingredient be anything but delicious? Nope, I don’t think so.
Mama’s Cheese Ball
3 packages of Buddig beef
2 (8 oz.) packages. of cream cheese
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. minced onion
Put beef in blender. Combine remaining ingredients with 2/3 of the blended beef. Form into a ball and then roll it in the remaining blended beef. Serve with crackers.
